Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts will be submitted electronically to the address contact@iber2022.com.


  • The corresponding author will receive confirmation by email.


  • All abstracts must conform to the format and style of the enclosed ABSTRACT TEMPLATE.


  • The Abstract must be prepared in the MS-Word format (.doc or .docx, but not pdf) using any compatible computer program.

Format of Communications

The following presentations types will be elegitable for the conference.

Plenary Speakers and Invited Talks

Please inform in your email correspondence that your abstract corresponds to a Plenary or Invited Talk.

  • Plenary lectures will consist of a 40 minute slot (including questions).
  • Invited Lectures will consist of a 30 minute slot (including questions).


Poster Communications

Please indicate in your email correspondence that your abstract corresponds to a poster communication.

Authors of abstracts selected for poster presentation will be required to set up their poster in a dedicated area.

The maximum size of poster boards is 120 cm (length) × 90 cm (width).


Oral Communications

IBER 2022 would like to encourage young researchers to present oral communications.

If the participant is interested in presenting an oral communication, please indicate your intention in your email. The Organizers will try to allocate the maximum number of oral communications. However, because of the limited time of the Conference, oral presentations will be selected by the Scientific Committee depending on the number of contributions.

The selection of Oral communications will be announced July 30, 2022.

Oral Communications will consist of a 15 minute slot (including questions).


Abstract Submission Policy

Following the submission of an abstract, the correspondence author agrees to the following clauses:

  • The author accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the submitted abstract.
  • The submitting author accepts to be the contact person for all correspondence concerning the abstract and to inform co-authors about its status.
  • The submitting author confirms that all co-authors are aware of and agree with the contents of the abstract and support the data presented.
  • The author/s authorize/s to the organization of the XVI Iberian Joint Meeting on Atomic and Molecular Physics to publish its abstract in the BOOK OF ABSTRACTS to be published on the conference website.
